Our Purpose

It is our passion to help mothers experience the joy of the Lord and His peace which passes understanding during labor and delivery.  We seek to support women by providing options for pain relief during labor which also help them to focus their minds on Christ.

There are natural options which can help to alleviate pain during labor; one of which is a birth comb. Birth combs can help provide a distraction from the intensity of a contraction by giving your brain something else to think about. According to the Gate Control Theory, non-painful signals can close the gate to painful signals on the pathway to the brain. There is also a pressure point on the middle of the palm which can help with pain relief. The combination of these things can make a birth comb a valuable tool to add to your birth bag or kit.

Birth can be a vulnerable time in the battle of the mind. It can be easy to give into fearful thoughts which have negative effects on the labor experience. Therefore, it is imperative to fix our eyes on that which is stable and unchanging - the God who knows us intimately and loves us unconditionally. Our birth combs are designed with Scripture to help women stay their minds on the rock of Christ as well as to latch onto His promises in the turbulent waves of labor. He knit us together in the wombs of our mothers. He walks with us, carries us through trials, and comforts us in our distress. What a privilege it is to be known and loved by God. What a blessing that He also knows and loves every baby inside of the womb. Not only does He know us, He also knows our pain and struggle because he experienced it. He is with us! Hallelujah! It is possible to have a fearless and joyous birth through Christ, even if it does not go completely as expected, and that is our prayer for those who may be impacted by our products.
